a start-up in the center is looking for VP R&D

 What should you have:
 

Experience in managing and scaling R&D teams.
Strong leadership skills for coaching and mentoring (preferably in a Start-Up environment).
Extensive experience with SAAS development, high scale environments
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering – MUST.
Master’s degree in Engineering Management or Business Administration – Preferred.
5+ years of Engineering Experience as a Software Manager – MUST.
Analytical and mathematical mind, capable of evaluating and solving various complex problems.
Leadership skills necessary to manage and develop a team.
Java, Spring, Spring Boot, JIRA, Bitbucket experience – MUST.
Experience in Microservices architecture.
Knowledge of Web Application frameworks and experience with Cloud services (GCP – Advantage).
